Because our treats are considered food items, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your cookies arrive damaged, broken or receive an incorrect order, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis and offer store credit, or replacement if necessary - no direct refunds will be issued.
To report an issue, email us at hello@crumbark.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged items.
