Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your treats are on their way!
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States using standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or high seasonal volume.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you and your pup can follow its journey.
Pre-Orders
If your item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. All items in a pre-order order will ship together unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect info. If you catch a mistake, email us ASAP at support@crumbark.com and we’ll do our best to help.
PO Boxes
We do ship to PO boxes, but only via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for PO box addresses.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We do our best to get your treats to you on time, but once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, we recommend giving it an extra couple of days.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since shipment and your package still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at hello@crumbark.com and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement if needed.
